Exatorial's Examination Extension will help schools and other educational institutes. This extension simplifies the process of creating various test series and generating results for students and batches.

What is Examination Feature?

Examination extension helps to streamline your weekly and monthly tests or your test campaigns. Also, through this extension, you can make multiple test series and effortlessly produce results for them, you can automatically generate results just by taking images of OMR sheets.

What is Test Series Feature?

Test series enables you to get online registration for a particular exam, and print students' attendance sheets. Also, students can download their admit cards, through the portal and make registrations.

How to Add a Test Series

1. Go to the Examination Extension store and click on the "Test series" link to create a new test series.

2. In the new window, click on the "Add test series" button.

3. Fill in the following details:

   • Test name: Name of the test

   • Description: Information about the test

   • Mode: Online or offline

   • Internal Test: Check this box if the test is only for your institute's students

   • Registration Fee: It helps you decide the fee amount you want to charge for each examination. If you charge certain fee for a test, you can pay through payment gateways like Paytm, PhonePe, etc.

   • Test Duration: Duration of the test

   • Test Date & Time: Schedule for the test

   • Attachment: Upload a cover image

   • Signature: Upload the institute's authority's signature

   • Batch Details: Number of students in the batch

   • Address: Location for offline tests

   • Add Shift: We provide the option for taking examination in multiple shifts in a single day or multiple days. Taking examination in multiple shifts can be for various reasons like high number of candidates, long duration of test, or any other reason. You can add number of shifts, number of students in each shift, shift date and time.

   • Additional Options: You can check-in in the box to activate the following options -

     • No admit card: you can opt if the students are required to generate admit card for a test. If required, we will generate the same for students.

     • Allow registration without photo: you can opt if the students need their photo for registration or they can proceed to registration without it.

     • Ask for photo identification proof: you can decide whether a student has to upload their photo for identification purpose or not.

     • Send instruction mail to students

   • Published: Check this box to activate the test series

Note: If you opt for instruction mail to students, you must provide the subject and body of the mail.

You can edit the test series as needed, and then click on "Create test series."

Once the test series is created, you can register for the test by clicking on the "Registrations" button. To register students, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Add registration" button.

2. Enter students' details, including name, phone number, email address, course name, year of course completion, and college name.

3. Upload students' photo identification proof.

4. Click on "Create registration."

You can also download and export the attendance list if needed, as well as download the admit card.

This extension makes it simple and seamless to create test series for all students.
