In this blog, we'll discuss another handy feature of Exatorial - Billing and Expense. This feature simplifies managing payments, invoices, and expenses for institutions.

What is Billing and Expense?

The Billing and Expense extension in Exatorial allows you to manage payroll, payments, and fees easily. You can generate invoices and receipts, send payment reminders, and apply discounts and taxes. Additionally, you can track and control the expenses of your institution, optimize the budget, categorize expenses, set limits and approvals, attach receipts, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.

How Can You Receive Payments With Exatorial?

At Exatorial, we provide two convenient methods for you to receive payments from your clients or customers:

We will generate a unique payment link for the specific amount you want to collect from the concerned person. This link will be shared with them automatically on various media (SMS, email, or WhatsApp). You can copy the link and send it to the desired person. It is to make it easy for them to access and complete the payment.

When the payment is done, you will receive a notification about the payment status, allowing you to track the payment status easily.

Alternatively, you can opt for a self-payment link that we will provide to the concerned person directly.

With this link, they can enter the desired payment amount themselves, giving them flexibility in deciding how much to pay.

Once the amount is entered, they can proceed with the payment process smoothly.

Secure Payment Gateway

Institutes can use their preferred payment methods such as Paytm, Razorpay, or PhonePe.

With our user-friendly payment solutions, you can ensure a hassle-free experience for you and your clients or customers, facilitating smooth financial transactions every time.
